Account access
Use “Forgot password?” on the sign-in screen for an email account. Apple and Google accounts should use the matching sign-in option originally used to create the account.
Content and safety
Use the in-app report controls for content or behavior concerns. Reports are reviewed by an administrator. By the Whey is not an emergency service.
Photos
Photos may be held for administrator review before appearing publicly. You remain responsible for having permission to upload the image.
Delete your account
Account deletion is available inside the app under Profile → Safety & Legal → Safety → Delete my account. If you cannot access the app, follow the web deletion instructions.
Response time
By the Whey is currently a small beta service. We aim to respond as quickly as reasonably possible, but support is not monitored continuously.
