Rahmtaler Reserve
Rahmtaler is basically actually the original Emmentaler. The original recipe for Emmentaler, from the 16th century, called for full fat milk. In the 20th century it fell off and became produced with skimmed milk. In 2016 Gourmino bought the exclusive rights to the original recipe and became the only ones available to produce this original, which they now call Rahmtaler. The reserve wheels are hand-selected and brought to the caves at Reichenbach to mature fully
